We do not use cookies to track or monitor your use of this web site or the Freeway service, in fact our cookies do not even contain any unique identifiers. The cookies on this site are only used to provide you with the features of the Freeway service.

Information Stored on Our Server

For your protection, we do not store your home/starting address on our server. This information is only stored on the cookie on your computer. We do, however, store your email address on our server, should you choose to provide it. It is necessary to store your email address on our server so we can use it to send you email messages.

Information Automatically Collected

To continue to improve Freeway's address-recognition technology, we automatically save information about addresses that Freeway was unable to parse. This information is used only to improve the Freeway service. We also collect general information that your browser provides to our web site such as your operating system, browser version, and any search terms you may have used to find our web site. This information is used only in aggregate for statistical purposes and to help us improve our web site and user experience.

Choice/Opt-Out

Providing your email address is completely optional and voluntary. It is not necessary to enter your email address to use the Freeway service. Should you provide your email address and later decide to be removed from our mailing list, you have two choices: 1) Follow the unsubscribe instructions at the bottom of each email message we send; or 2) Revisit the Configure page and clear your email address from the box. Click Configure to update your settings and remove your email address from our list.
